Shipping Guarantee 

At Lighttera, we understand the importance of timely deliveries, and we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for our customers. Our Shipping Guarantee ensures that your order arrives within a reasonable timeframe, and if we miss the delivery date, we offer a full refund. 

  • Normal Circumstances: More than 30 days. 
  • Busy Season: More than 40 days (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc.). 
  • Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases like epidemics, the delivery date may vary. Please pay attention to our notification e-mails and messages. 

Please note:  

a) For orders shipped to the USA, European countries, New Zealand, Canada we will refund if the total shipping time exceeds 30 days.  

b) For orders shipped to South America, Middle East, India, Africa, we will refund if the total shipping time exceeds 60 days.  

c) Order delays caused by delivery pending (e.g., insufficient address, unclaimed package, inability to contact the customer, etc.) will not be eligible for a refund. 

The delivery date is counted from the time a tracking number is created. 

During busy seasons, the delivery date may be longer due to the high volume of packages and limited shipping company capacity. We will notify you in advance to protect your interests. Please refer to our refund policy for more details. 

Terms and Conditions of Shipping Guarantee 

To be eligible for a shipping guarantee refund, your order should meet the following conditions: 

  • Your chosen shipping option is the one displayed on the product page. 
  • Your products are eligible for delivery. 
  • The shipping address is correct and eligible. 

The guarantee does not apply if: 

  • Unforeseen circumstances occur, such as an epidemic, strike, natural disaster, war, etc. 
  • The package is shipped to countries including Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Reunion, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana. 

3. Shipping Method 

We offer worldwide delivery through the following shipping methods: 

  • Netherlands Post 
  • Singapore Post 

Express Shipping: 

  • UK Express: Shipped by UK Express by default. 
  • US Express: Delivered to the U.S (Military base not included) by USPS. 
  • CA Express: Shipped to Canada only by Canada Post. 
  • AU Express: Delivered to Australia only by Australia Post. 

4. Delivery Time 

Average delivery times for Express Shipping: 

  • US Express: 7-12 days 
  • CA Express: 8-15 days 
  • AU Express: 7-9 days 
  • UK Express: 6-10 days 

Note: In busy seasons, there may be a 3-5 day delay.
